Friday, October 15

9:00 am
  • Setup chairs, tables and quilt display racks
  • Sort and display donations at the booths including the Quilters’ Corner, CrossRoads MarketPlace, crafts and pantry
    		•

    4 - 7 pm
  • Assist booth customers with sales
  • Display donated quilts
    		•

    Saturday, October 16

     

    Spend an hour or two at a booth

    4 pm

    It all comes down!

  • Chairs and tables are moved to storage
  • Floors are swept and trash is gathered
    		•

    A joint effort of over 30 Mennonite and Brethren in Christ Congregations in Colorado, New Mexico and West Texas. All proceeds go directly to Mennonite Central Committee.
